By purchasing digital or print products from Dub Taylor Photography and Drone Services, you agree to the following:

1. All Sales Are Final
   Due to the custom nature of photography and digital media, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once payment has been made, except in the case of technical errors or file corruption.

2. Delivery
   Digital files will be delivered via your online gallery after payment is received. Prints and products are fulfilled by third-party labs; please allow adequate processing and shipping time.

3. Color & Print Disclaimer
   Image colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials due to calibration differences. These variations do not constitute defects.

4. Copyright Notice
   All photographs remain the copyrighted property of Dub Taylor Photography and Drone Services. Purchase does not transfer copyright ownership.

5. Promotional Use
   Dub Taylor Photography and Drone Services may use images from your session for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, including website, social media, and advertising. If you wish to keep your images private, please request exclusive rights before delivery (additional fee applies).

6. Exclusive Rights (Optional Add-On)
   Exclusive rights remove images from our promotional use. Fee varies by project and scope; please contact us for pricing at will@dubtaylorphotography.com
