  • Session & Order Data: session date/type, selections/favorites, order details, delivery addresses.

  • Image Data: photographs of you/your family captured by us.

  • Usage & Technical Data: IP address, device/browser data, pages viewed, downloads, cookies.

  • Communications: emails, messages, testimonials/reviews.

  • Payment Data: processed by third‑party payment providers; we do not store full card details.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To create, host, secure, and manage your Gallery; enable favorites, downloads, and orders.

  • To deliver digital files, prints, and products; process payments and provide support.

  • To communicate about your session, orders, and updates; send client care and service notices.

  • To market our services (e.g., newsletters) where permitted; you can opt out anytime.

  • To improve our site, services, and user experience (analytics, troubleshooting).

  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. Legal Bases (if you’re in the EEA/UK)

  • Contract (providing the Gallery and fulfilling orders),

We share data with service providers only as needed to run the Gallery and fulfill your requests, including:

  • Gallery host: Pixieset or similar platform;

  • Payment processors: e.g., Stripe/PayPal (we don’t store full card data);

  • Print labs/shippers (to fulfill orders);

  • Email/CRM & analytics tools;

  • IT/security & cloud storage providers.
    These parties process data under agreements that protect your information.

5. International Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).

6. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal/administrative requirements. Typical Gallery hosting is {6 Months}, and we may archive Images for {5 years} for client service and recordkeeping. You can request earlier deletion (see Section 9), subject to any orders, disputes, or legal obligations.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure; keep your Gallery password/PIN confidential and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

8. Cookies & Tracking

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, security, preferences, and analytics. You can manage cookies in your browser and, where offered, via our cookie banner. Disabling cookies may limit Gallery functionality.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/ object to processing, data portability, and withdraw consent.

  • CCPA/CPRA (California): you may request to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of “sales”/“sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal data.

10. Children & Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without parental consent (or the relevant age in your jurisdiction). A parent/guardian must approve sessions and Gallery access for minors.

11. Marketing Opt‑Out

You can opt out of promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Transactional messages (order confirmations, service notices) will still be sent.

12. Publicity Preferences vs. Exclusivity

Our Terms of Service explain our portfolio/promotion use of Images and the Exclusive Rights Option (privacy/non‑display) available for a fee. Contact us before publication if you require exclusivity.

13. Third‑Party Policies

Our Gallery is hosted by third‑party providers that may collect and process data. Their independent privacy policies and terms apply in addition to ours.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. The Effective Date reflects the latest version.
